J. Rose Back Office Resources is a Dennis, MA–based administrative firm offering remote bookkeeping, payroll, and human resources support to small businesses owned by Jennifer Rose. The company provides personalized, detail-driven services designed to increase efficiency, accuracy, and operational confidence for entrepreneurs and organizations across the region.

Jennifer’s career began in hospitality management, where she spent over twelve years (2003–2015) mastering customer service, operations, and team leadership. During this time, she also made a life-changing decision that would lay the foundation for her future as a business leader.

In 2011, Jennifer enrolled at Curry College, majoring in Management with a minor in Communications and a concentration in Human Resources. Her dedication, discipline, and commitment to excellence earned her a Bachelor's in Arts, magna cum laude graduation in May 2013.

Following her academic success, Jennifer transitioned into the nonprofit healthcare sector, serving as Human Resources and Payroll Manager for a community health center from 2015 through 2020. There she managed complex HR operations, payroll processes, benefits administration, compliance initiatives, and employee support—experience that would later become central to her entrepreneurial mission.

In 2020, after completing a business entrepreneurship program, Jennifer launched J. Rose Back Office Resources, LLC, a firm designed to support small businesses with reliable, accessible, and professional remote services. The company provides bookkeeping, payroll administration, and human resources support, helping business owners operate with confidence, accuracy, and compliance.
